1. What products can I find on Shipcart India?

3. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select the product you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Card, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines vary by location: Metro Cities: 2–4 days, Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 days, Remote Areas: 5–8 days.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use this number on the courier partner’s website to track your shipment in real time.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for verification. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 business days after approval.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 1–2 business days.
8. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD orders may require confirmation via call or message before processing.
